Paprika

Paprika is made for dried and ground capsicums (peppers and chillies) and is most commonly associated with Hungary and Spain. There are many different grades or types of paprika from smoked, sweet to hot and not only imparts flavour but a deep red colour to food when added.

Just one tablespoon of paprika is rich in iron and can provide 123% of the RDA for vitamin A
