Sea Vegetables |

Is known as the ‘cabbage of the sea’. This is a long, thin sea vegetable with a mild, sweet flavour. It is wonderfully nutritious and is thought to purify the blood, nourish the skin and strengthen the reproductive organs. It makes a bright green garish for salads and it is used in soups, stir fry and rice dishes or wrapped around baked fish.
