Dill

Dill

Dill is characterised by its feather like pronged leaves and is similar in appearance to fennel. Dill has a mildly sweet aniseed flavour and is a great addition to fish, seafood and salads.

Dill is widely used around Europe and Asia though is frequently associated with pickled cucumbers or gherkins.

Dill is a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B2, potassium and calcium.
